• Not financial advice. Everything on Nadi Markets is general market information and education. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• No guarantees. Readings, setups, scoreboards and news reactions describe what has happened. They do not predict what will happen. Past results do not indicate future results.
• Crypto derivatives are high risk. Leveraged trading can lose more than you expect, quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider independent advice.
• Paper trading is simulated. Simulated fills, fees and liquidations follow public exchange data but real trading can differ.
• Data can be late or wrong. Market data comes from third-party exchanges and news sources and is provided as is.

Terms of use

1. The service. Nadi Markets shows market data, analysis tools, news and a paper-trading simulator. It never places real orders and never holds your funds.
2. Accounts. You must be 18 or older and allowed to use such services where you live. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service: no scraping at high rates, attacks, reselling the data, or attempts to access other accounts.
4. Subscriptions. Pro is paid in USDT for a fixed period (shown before you pay) and starts when the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Send exactly the amount shown on the network shown; payments sent with a different amount, on another network or after a request expired may not be matched. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us; we do not offer refunds for periods already started, except where the law requires it. Prices and features may change; changes apply from your next period.
5. Availability. We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or stop.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
7. Ending. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting rights you have under the law of your country.

Privacy policy

• What we collect: your email, name, a scrambled (hashed) password, sign-in sessions with browser type and IP address, your paper-trading activity, price alerts, and subscription payments (network, amount, transaction ID). Server logs may include IP addresses.
• Why: to run your account, keep it secure, prevent abuse, provide the features you use and handle subscriptions.
• What we do not collect: exchange API keys, wallet keys, seed phrases, card or bank details.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. It is stored on our servers and hosting provider. Blockchain payments are public by nature. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
• Cookies: one essential cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Retention: account data is kept while your account exists; sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity; payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to the contact email above.
• Security: passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted once served over HTTPS, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure.
